The Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Annual State of the Cities Address. Join Mandan Mayor Arlyn Van Beek and Bismarck Mayor Mike Seminary on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at the Radisson Hotel in Bismarck. Participants will be privy to the latest outlook from the Mandan and Bismarck mayors and will hear about successes and challenges from realized during 2015.
