EPA/Waters of the US Conference

The Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association is co-sponsoring an event led by Bismarck-Mandan and US Chambers of Commerce on Monday, Nov. 10.

The event will feature detailed information about the proposed rule expanding the scope of Waters of the US, which is managed by the EPA. Like the Chamber of Commerce, agriculture community and others, the home building industry is extremely concerned about the overreach of this regulation.
