Event Description:

Builders, Realtors and lenders are encouraged to join the association's Government Affairs Committee as they bring three appraisers together to share information on the appraisal process for new construction. Local appraisers Joe Ibach and Al Kunick will join the North Dakota Appraisers Association President Bill Gion for this discussion. Specifically, we'll ask about:

  • Comps
  • Considerations for Custom Features
  • Tips to Ensure Accurate Appraisals
  • And more!

Seating is limited to 35 guests. Each member gets one free admission and additional tickets are $10 each. We encourage you to bring partners and staff.

Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance of each event for a full refund. Participants who do not attend and haven’t cancelled 48 hours in advance will still be billed.
