2016 EPA Lead Renovator Initial Training & Certification
If you are working on homes, schools, or day care centers built before 1978, you MUST be EPA Lead-Safe Certified.
This one day class, instructed by the UND Environmental Training Institute, will satisfy the U.S. HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, which requires contractors, property managers and others who disturb known or presumed lead-based paint during renovation.
This class typically costs over $230.00 PER PERSON. Through a generous grant awarded to BMHBA through WSI, we can offer it to our members for $30.00.
